Corporate Wellness Information

The Corporate Wellness Award is presented to an individual, company, or organization that is a "pacesetter" in the area of community wellness in the Greater Baton Rouge community.  Corporate wellness is defined as the promotion of healthier lifestyles and includes corporate wellness programs and physical fitness programs.  The individual, company, or organization must be a resident or company from the Greater Baton Rouge area.  A press release will be issued immediately following the race with details of the winner and the winner's program.

Corporate Wellness Award Nominations

Nominations for the 2010 Providence Corporate Cup Corporate Wellness Award will be accepted until April 2, 2010.  If you know of an individual or company that is a pacesetter for community wellness in the Great Baton Rouge business community, please submit a nominee!

Corporate Wellness Nominations Must Include

  1. Name of Individual/Company/Organization nominated.
  2. Contact information of the nominee (name, phone number, and e-mail address if applicable).
  3. Explanation of accomplishments, goals, and details of wellness program. Employees may nominate their employer or fellow employees.
  4. Name, phone number, and e-mail address of person submitting the nomination. 
  5. Specific benefits experienced by the organization, its employees, the community, etc. will be given spection attention.

Personal comments, attachments, and examples to support your nomination are welcomed!
