Ways to Sponsor

1. E-mail us at corporatecup@providenceeng.com with your contact information and we will contact you.
   
2. Fill out and mail in our sponsorship form.

Sponsorship is accepted in the form of cash, in-kind services or products.  However, all sponsorships must be approved by the Providence Corporate Cup. The deadline for sponsorship with all benefits is April 3, 2009.

Sponsorship Levels

$5,000 "Iron Man" Sponsorship

• Company name/logo on sponsor banner, Corporate Cup website, coffee mugs, race day booklet,race day t-shirts, printed materials, and television ads
• Complimentary 10'x10' tent and space (may be upgraded for additional fee)
• 10 Complimentary race registrations

$3,000 "Triathelete" Sponsorship

• Company name/logo on sponsor banner, Corporate Cup website, cofee mugs, race day booklets, and race day t-shirts 
• 8 Complimentary race registrations  

$1,500 "Marathoner" Sponsorship

• Company name on sponsor banner, Corporate Cup website, and coffee mugs
• 4 Complimentary race registrations 

$1,000 "Sprinter" Sponsorship

• Company name on sponsor banner and Corporate Cup website
• 3 Complimentary race registrations

$500 "Runner" Sponsorship

• Company Name on sponsor banner
• 2 Complimentary race registrations

In addition to the above, sponsors are provided with the opportunity to provide promotional handouts/give-aways promoting your company for inclusion in participant package.
