Registration & 2010 Entry Fees

Register to reserve your spot in the 2010 Providence Corporate Cup today! There are two ways to register:

1. Complete and submit a 2010 Entry Form
2. Sign up online

Race registration ends April 11, 2010.

Each runner receives a 22nd Annual Providence Corporate Cup T-shirt and race number. Additionally, coffee mugs and race socks are given to the first 1,000 registrants to pick up their race packets. Each participant must complete and sign an Entry Form.

Divisions

Division 1: Up to 50 Employees (Red Division)
Division 2: 51 to 100 Employees (Blue Division)
Division 3: 101 to 250 Employees (Yellow Division)
Division 4: Over 250 Employees (White Division)
Open Division: Open to all individuals (Green Division)

Tent Rental

You may bring your own tent and rent your space, or rent both a tent and space from us. Tent rental includes setup and breakdown of equipment and the use of two (2) tables and twelve (12) chairs.  Additional tables and chairs are available for rental if needed. Tent requests will be accepted until April 9, 2010, and a tent layout will be produced and distributed on or about April 13, 2010. All rentals will be handled on a "first come, first served" basis. Complete the Tent Request/Decorating Contest Entry Form to guarantee your space today!

A Tent Decorating Contest will be judged for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners. Guidelines and judging criteria are provided in the Tent Request/Decorating Contest Entry Form.

T-Shirt Contest

Corporations that register for the Providence Corporate Cup will have the opportunity to enter the Providence Corporate Cup T-shirt Design Contest.  Because the Corporate Cup is all about corporate camaraderie and unity as well as employee health and happiness, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given for the design that shows the most creativity in demonstrating one or more of these items. T-shirts must be designed by company employees To enter the contest, please submit the T-Shirt Contest Entry Form, a sample t-shirt, and artwork of the design (.jpeg format) suitable for posting on the Corporate Cup website no later April 2, 2010.
